💡Monthly Highlight

The net portfolio value increased from $881,484 to $926,531 in October, this includes a new $23,668 contribution to the RRSP account which was the proceeds of withdrawal from my Wealthsimple private credit investment. The private credit investment returned approximately 9% per year for 2 years, which was satisfactory but significantly lower than the rate of return achieved with common stock investment. The growth in value was $21,379 excluding the new contribution.
